Through careful strategy and alignment of leases by their advisors, GWA Group required 6 concurrent fitouts to be undertaken nationally. These varied from regional office and warehouse fitouts, through larger metro offices, to the national HQ in North Sydney.
Spitfire Control harnessed our alliance partners in WA and QLD, plus our own resources in NSW and VIC to manage the whole program concurrently. Where possible we negotiated rates to manage cost risk and adopted a standardised design palette for ease and consistency across all sites…all within 7 months.
