Suntory approached Spitfire Control to be a trusted advisor. They had already established an internal team to lead the facility response to the merge, but they realised that a subject matter expert would be required to gently guide and provide independent direction.
This is a role we provide to many clients and brings Max Thomson’s 35 years of experience to identify issues before they arise, and to navigate a path that maximises opportunity. Our role managed the overall budget plus procurement of the consultant team, liaised with the Building Owner on condition issues and also advised the Suntory legal team on matters in the lease as they related to the project delivery.
