Occasionally projects crop up that simply do not fit the mould of Corporate Real Estate. The office and showroom for the Camilla fashion empire was once such project. The team was tasked with producing a creative space for this unique brand within an old tennis ball factory. It shook when trucks drove by, had graffiti on the walls, and pigeons.
The greatest good we could exert on this project was to do as little as possible. The vibrant brand and characterful building were enough, so our approach was to pare back while corralling such a creative team.
