DLA Piper, a Global legal practice, recognised that the nature of work was changing back in 2012. They resolved to use their Sydney office relocation as a tool to define a new hybrid model.
Spitfire Control led a team to create, prototype and build a new way of working for DLA Piper. Subsequent to this, we have continued the strong collaborative relationship through 5 further projects in four states.
