New Fit Out to 3 floors to adjoining Head Office building in McMahons Point consolidating 3 other existing locations into 1 location for their production teams. This was our second project for Endemol Shine.
We worked with the builder on an ECI process due to very tight budget and time frame. Considerable value engineering was completed as a team with all stakeholders to ensure budget available was spent to generate maximum revenue whilst maintaining a creative amenity. This project was a great example of the power of a collaborative team and involved client.
