The client had made the decision to halve their floor space from their old location L12 & l13 201 Elizabeth Street Sydney. This was based on their policy of working from home 2 days a week. The design therefore introduced the concept of Hotel Desking using an app for booking of desk positions with only the Directors having a permanent desk. This concept enabled the retention of beautiful break out spaces which enjoy fabulous harbour views along with a Town Hall space that fits 150 people, large utility areas and more meeting rooms whilst fitting on 1 floor. Sky News also sublease a space on the floor which is fitted out as a recording studio.
