FDC, a large building company with specialist interior capabilities required an independent project director to assist them with the management of their client Samsung through a relocation project at the Homebush precinct.
We provided this service to the project, being the trusted advisor to our client, Samsung. We were able to shadow our client at meetings, or act as their representative, to support governance and ensure the Samsung key goals were being met at all times.
