Spitfire Control were proud to partner with LCS Advisory, our Melbourne alliance partner, in the local management of this exemplary fitout for an international infrastructure company.
This was a highly creative response to the nature of our client’s business with materials and symbols carefully selected to provide a metaphor for their daily operations. Lucy Symington of LCS Advisory had previously managed their Melbourne project and invited us to partner with her on the management of the Sydney project.
This is a great example of the power of the MeshPM alliance. Max attended site during construction to ensure that quality and communication was at the fore, while Lucy maintained the overall client management role, and gave the client confidence that the value learnt in Melbourne was brought to Sydney.
The end result is one of the most striking projects we have ever worked on and credit goes to the whole team who worked so well together to bring this bold project to life.
The office where Snowy Hydro were based in Sydney was an iconic location on a wharf in the shadow of the harbour bridge. However, the space was tired and awkward. It was simply not performing as required. Spitfire Control was appointed to change things.

Makinson d’Apice had been in their existing office space for many years and the configuration was starting to impact upon their business. They needed to move to new premises that could allow them to grow, and better more effective, but not at an increase to their bottom line.
